Due to the nature of packaged food products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered. Replacements or refunds may be provided for incorrect, damaged, defective, expired, or missing items if reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Abha Skincare Products

Unused, unopened products in original condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery where permitted. Opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged Deliveries

Notify us within 48 hours with photographs
of the package and product.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the
original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are generally not possible.
